The building

Two buildings linked by a private garden: the Rua Chã building, with a shop on the ground floor and nine studio apartments on five levels, and the Travessa house at the end of the garden, with three apartments including the only one-bedroom. The granite façade, wrought-iron balconies, chestnut window frames lacquered ruby red, walnut staircase and drum skylight are preserved; there is a lift, keyless access by code, a residents' multipurpose room with kitchenette, a landscaped courtyard and a light well with a vertical garden.

Eleven studios (T0) and one one-bedroom (T1), from 40 to 73 m². Areas come from the architectural project and are subject to final confirmation. Each apartment has its own page in Portuguese.

What is included

Every apartment comes with an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave with grill, hob and hood), air conditioning, professional Wi‑Fi, hot water, keyless access, fire-rated door with acoustic barrier and insulation between apartments. The Rua Chã building has a lift. There is a self-service laundry 20 metres from the building.

Launch prices

Launch prices per month: €1,650 for one month, €1,450 for two to three months, €1,350 for four to six months and €1,250 from seven months. There are three apartment categories: Standard (€1,195–1,250), Superior (€1,295–1,350) and Premium (€1,395–1,450). The final price depends on the length of stay and the category and is confirmed by email.

Availability and requests

There is no online booking. Send a request with your approximate arrival date, the intended length of stay and the number of people; the team replies by email with availability and the final conditions. Requests can be sent through the contact form or the public API. Use the contact form or the public API (POST /api/pedidos, JSON, no authentication).
